Returns & Cancellations


Due to all items being made on order, we cannot, under any circumstances accept returns or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items please do get in touch to discuss.


  • Standard and Free: Packaged in envelope or thin cardboard. Tracking not available and not insured if arrived damaged or is lost. Not recommended for cake toppers or other fragile items.
  • Registered: Packaged in thicker cardboard box. Tracking number is available and insured if lost or damaged.

IMPORTANT: Our wooden items are made from natural wood. Items are engraved, cut and lightly sanded. It is common for pieces to have darker marks, dark wood grain and wood knots. These are natural characteristics of wood and not considered flaws and we do not attempt to cover these marks/knots. Please keep in mind when purchasing.

Item arrived damaged

If your item arrived damaged and used the Registered shipping option, please get in touch within 48 hours after the package is delivered. Take photos of the damaged items in their original packaging so we can submit as proof to delivery company.


You can only cancel or amend an order within 24 hours after payment. This includes amending shipping addresses.
